What is dihydrochloride cetirizina UR 10mg used for?

it a simple dermatologic medicinal herb reviving from the tidso plant from northern South Africa. It is used to treat the skin of a patient suffering from necrotizing sialometaplasia. Found mostly on the posterior hard palate, is due to necrosis of minor salivary glands due to trauma (often palatal infiltrations of local anaesthetic or trauma during intubation). Often painless, condition is self limiting and should resolve in 6-10 weeks.
