Karma theory- Geeta message ,
There was no caste system, when the Bhagwat Geeta was told by Lord Krishna. There were four classes ( four varnas) in the society. They were Brahman, Kshatriya, Vaishya and shudra. Form these four classes only the caste system in the India had it's origin. Every one thinks that you are 'born' in particular class or caste. They can not be changed by 'any means' and by 'any way'. Here I want to 'highlight' the statement of the Lord Krishna about these four classes. Bhagwat Geeta being the backbone of Hinduism. Here the Lord Krishna says that "Chaturvarnyam maya srustam gunakarma vibhagashaha." (4/13). That means that I (Lord Krishna) have created the four varnas on the basis of 'guna and karma'. That is by the way you have your nature and work is!! Not by the way you are born in any class. So Lord Krishna is categorically against your position by the way you are born in any particular caste in the society. Unfortunately the Hindus are still divided in many castes. (So the divide and rule policy is very easy to apply on them. It is better to fallow the Lord Krishna, rather than just to worship Him.)
Bhagwat Gita is not a story but a book on the philosophy of Karma explaining one should act righteously without expecting results or rewards and every karma done shall bear fruit
Lord Krishna says in Geeta that you can only do the karma or deeds. The results are not in your hand. That is why you do not do some karma or deeds with the intention of some desired result. Results of your karma or deeds are in not in your hand. Also do not get attached to not doing the any work, just because the results are not in your hand. (2/47). (When you do any karma or work, there are always other factors are working on the same, which are beyond your control. So the result you may get as expected at times and do not get at times. There is very simple mathematical explanation to the same statement. Your action is say is like a vector. It has got direction as well as magnitude. When some other vectors act on the same, which are beyond your control, then the result may not be there as you expect. The end result will be decided by the sum total of all the vectors calculated together. So you do not expect that you will always get the desired results. You may get the same or may not get the same. You are supposed to understand the above fact. You take this fact in right spirit or rather sportingly. Lord Krishna further goes on to says that do not go for not doing the karma or deeds, because you may not get the desired results. Not doing to work or jobs is not correct.)
According to Mythology if you do good you will gain positive karma. And you will go to Moksha or heaven according to your karma.
