1st introduction round----in which you have to given your introduction to the HR...say in short you have to tell them about your name,,age,,qualifications ... about your family....hobbies..etc.....you have to speak say for about not more than 5 mintues
2nd round your typing test--your typing speed have lying in between 20-25 wpm
3rd round operational round---...question like why you go for non voice process.....etc

BPO means Business Process Outsourcing; I'm assuming you mean the same thing. I would imagine that "non-voice" BPO jobs would be ones that do not involve communicating by voice with the customers. They might include reading incoming information and sending appropriate electronic requests for other information...
