a non voice process is basically .....in which the main emphasis is given on your written skills and,,,your typing speed and decent verbal skills.......because some times you have to write e-mails to customers and make a chat conversation with them...depends on that what type of process is going in a company in non voice process...................most of the interviews round like

1st introduction round----in which you have to given your introduction to the HR...say in short you have to tell them about your name,,age,,qualifications ... about your family....hobbies..etc.....you have to speak say for about not more than 5 mintues

2nd round your typing test--your typing speed have lying in between 20-25 wpm

3rd round operational round---...question like why you go for non voice process.....etc
