This depends on the type of thermosate you have. Do the car have air conditioning? Not enough information.
The United States.
it depends what gto u have, and what firebird u have, the only thing these cars shared was engine and trans types, firebirds were unibody, gtos are full frame.other than the drivetrain they are totally different cars.
SERIAL # IS 242379A128266 IS IT A JUDGE
The Rear Axel for a 1969 Pontiac GTO is 60"
'69 Pontiac GTO Judge
go to the library and get a chiltons repair manual for 69 pontiacs.
If the car is in great shape and all numbers matching then yes it is as the judge is the king of the GTO's.
in my opinion, NO.
it depends on the year model and the engine size, for example the 64 gto tri power 389 cu. inch had 348 horsepower. the 69 ram air 400 gto had 365 horsepower with the right heads and carb combination. The '04 models are rated at 350 hp, and the '05-'06 models at 400 hp.
My books only break it down by Manual and TH400 auto. But, I don't think you could get a 3 on the tree in a GTO.
I don't want to over-simplify... the '69 was a refined, revised version of the '68 model.
65* f to 70*f should stay at at least 69* to avoid evaporator freezing
