Cold start- 60 psi; warm to op temp- 30-40 @ 2500 rpm; idle approx 7 psi hot. BUT the sender unit for the OEM gauge is unreliable, fails, reads 0 one day different the next. Adaptors are available from Z31.com parts to install after market gauge kits. the capilliary tube type is most accurate as it works on direct oil pressure. Most OEM's do not use this as the real oil pressure fluctuautes as the revs rise and fall, "they" like a steady gauge reading, so electric compromises are built in. If in doubt, through out the OEM set up, go after market.
