Yes. Sometimes it can be lighter in color or slightly cloudy. If you are urinating more frequently than normal, it may be a sign of pregnancy.

This is possibly due to the prenatal vitamins you are taking. Your doctor probably has you doing regular urine tests, so check in with him/her.
Brown urine is never normal, increase your fluids, if this doesn't change the color back to very light yellow call your doctor.
I'm not sure if this will help, but I've been told that any MALE urine would come up positive in a pregnancy test. I don't know if this is true but it wouldn't surprise me if so. Other than that, i don't know of anything you can put in urine that would make the test come up positive.
