I'm a sophomore in high school too and i just went to get my school supplies yesterday. For your classes such as Math, English/GP, History, and science/ bio I would probably get a binder and/or a folder. It will help with organizing. Oh also for any classes like Spanish, German, Latin and so on. A note book or compositon book (composition books help cause pages don't fall out as easily) would probably be a good idea as well. Then all you need for classes such as art, health, music, foods and so on; you probably only need a folder and maybe a notebook or loose leaf paper. And then the other basic things like pencils,pens,erasers,highlighters, and index card. Hope this helps :)

It is the basic you or your child has had to get since middle school. Here are things most schools require:

1. Binder(s)
2. Folders (1 for each class, except Physical Education and any class that doesn't require one or requires something else, like a binder)
3. Pencils
4. College Ruled Filler Paper
5. Notebooks (Also considering getting one for each class)
6. Planners (Usually the school will provide these)
7. Dry Erase Markers
8. Highlighter
9. Colored pencils

If you are unsure of what exactly you need, just bring the basics. Usually the school staff will tell students if they need anything additional.
