I looked it up and it appears to be that your stomach is on the left side, as well as your spleen. If you are talking about right in front it is your stomach, near the back or on your side is the spleen. But I'm reading this from a website so don't belive me a hundred percent. But I have checked it with other sites just to be safe.

∙ 15y agoGo to the doctor at the clinic or hospital as soon as possible and tell him their is something wrong with your rib cage and get checked out you could be growing a minor tumor under your ribcage and it could cause cancer or worse .....sorry to scare you

∙ 9y agoThere could be several reasons why you are having an uncomfortable feeling under your rib cage. You could have gall stones or kidney stones. You will need to see a doctor to be diagnosed.
