  • All cannot be seen without a telescope (Only comet has exception to that whenever it's orbit comes close to Earth such as Hailey's comet.

None, really. Dwarf planets are just abnormally small planets rotating around a Sun like Pluto. A comet is composed almost entirely of ice that are wizing around in space, yes they can be captured by a suns gravity though.
