You may have to accept that the data on your hard drive may be lost. The damage from the virus may NOT be repairable. Everything I've read about this virus indicates that it destroys data. You CAN boot from your operating system CD ROM and see if you can save data from the drive before you reformat it - I also read something about booting from the Norton Antivirus CD to eliminate the virus - I'd try this first. Bottom line is that you have run into a NASTY virus that has probably killed your poor pc.
