Passive aggressive behavior refers to the expression of aggression in indirect ways. Keying the car of someone who takes a parking space you wanted, rather than confronting them directly, is one example. Another is the person who makes appointments and then makes no discernible effort to be on time. Saying "Hey, it's not my problem," when you could easily do some small thing to help someone else avoid trouble is another, less specific example.
