Being physically fit means to have your body in a state of all around wellness. Physically fit is when your body has a low fat percentage, chemical balances are good, and all functions of the body are working well.
Physical fitness is the ability of your body to deal with day to day tasks at varying difficulty levels and tempos. It's being able to do basic physical activities at an efficient rate at which your body works well to first do the activities, then to recover from them and prepare energy for the next. And also to be able to be flexible enough to avoid or reduce the risks of injury and again to recover from them if they do come about.
