What is "prolyretry" according to its creator?

According to JT Kemp III (creator of "prolyretry"), prolyretry "looks like poetry, reads like prose, and sounds like music."

JT Kemp III began writing poetry at the age of 12 after tremendous praise and encouragement by his teachers.
