Most people will dress well, but dress for the weather. The mourners traditionally take part in actually burying the deceased. Sometimes, this is just one ritual clod of dirt shoveled by each mourner, but I have been to funerals where the mourners (all wearing good clothing) actually filled the grave.

Wear what you would wear to a graveside funeral. You will be outdoors in the weather, but you want to look respectful. Some kind of hat is always appropriate at any Jewish event, but if you don't have one, the funeral director will have kippot (yarmulkes). The unveiling is an event held at a Jewish cemetery typically between 11 and 12 months after the burial, but the date is flexible. The headstone is unveiled (if already in place) or placed at the grave. Typically, psalms will be said, there may be a eulogy, then prayers followed by the Mourner's Kaddish. The whole thing can be simple and short, or extended, as the mourners wish. Unveilings are usually small compared to funerals, just immediate family and close friends, but to say the Kaddish, ten adult Jews are needed.
