Well, it starts out about the singer stating that his brother has quick hands, doesn't like to share any plans of his, and likes to smoke rolled cigarettes. The chorus is about all kids with flashy sneakers/shoes must run away before he shoots them, then hits them with his bullets. Next he speaks about how his dad's bringing him a suprise present because he made dinner all by himself. He's reasoning with his cigarette, saying it's lost it's wits because it is on fire! Then the chorus, then it says run lots of times and whistles. The song repeats it's chourus 3 more times, then ends.
