"Quieter than snow" can refer to a silence so profound that it surpasses even the hushed sound of falling snowflakes. It evokes a sense of stillness and tranquility that goes beyond the peacefulness associated with snowfall. This phrase is often used to describe a level of calm and serenity that is incredibly profound and deep.
