If you fallow the rad hose off the top of rad there will be a body that the hose is clamped on to at the motor it will be under there
follow the top rad hose from the rad to the motor and there it is.
from the top of the rad to the engine from the bottom of the rad to the engine
Lower right of the rad. sometimes it is easier to drain the rad by removing the lower rad hose.
The radiator hose which I assume you mean although you write rad, is connected to the radiator. One on the top of the radiator and one on the bottom. the one on the top
Follow the upper rad hose from the rad to the engine and at the engine there is a thermostat housing. When replacing the thermostat, make sure the spring goes toward the engine. The thermostat is located under the rad. cap from the top rad hose..
That depends on where the leak is coming from. If it's from a hose than replace the hose. If it would be from the rad, you could always apply silicone to the crack in the rad or purchase a new rad and have it installed.
Follow the upper rad hose from the rad to the engine.
Follow the lower rad. hose. Its in there. Have to remove the rad.
Look behind the rad. Follow the lower rad. hose, its behind the cover. Have to take off the rad. to service it.
