Well, to look realistic in drama, you need to act as if you are really doing the thing you are acting out. For example, if you had to act running and then falling over and breaking your leg, you'd run as you normally would, then just let yourself fall in the most comfortable yet realistic way possible, then try to imagine the excruciating pain that would be brought by breaking your leg.
