Red Spots, Not Itchy and with no pattern, on arms, torso, under arms, not round either, looking more like scratches, might be scabies a.k.a. bed bugs, they require a doctors visit and medication that can be toxic if used wrong. The spots might show 1 day as 2 or 3, and by the end of the 4th or 5th day the count can go as high as 75 of them. I have seen them, not on the legs, feet, or head, but covering the torso and groin area of the inner thigh. Hope this might help, it is contagious but go to a walk in clinic not the emergency room.
