The angle between any two points is a straight line, or 180 degrees.

I suspect what you meant to ask was what the Sun-Earth-Moon angle was at that time. If so, the answer is (pretty close to) 180 degrees. If it's exactly 180 degrees, then there will be a lunar eclipse.

Earth and the moon orbit on different planes. Earth orbits the sun on the ecliptic and the moon orbits earth about 5 degrees off the ecliptic. Earth is tilted about 23 degrees off of its orbital plane. The moon is tilted about six degrees from its plane. Any comparison of their axial tilt would change constantly as the moon moves throughout its orbit.

First off, you stated your question incorrectly. You could have stated it better in two ways: How long does it take the moon to revolve around us or How long does it take for the Moon to rotate on its axis. But they are both 27.3 Earth days to complete, and since they go at the same pace, that is why we always see the same side of the moon from Earth.

It varies. Generally, Moon's Orbit (plane of revolution) around Earth is inclined by 5 degrees to the Earth's Orbit (plane of revolution) around Sun
