To get an RSS channel on a PSP, first ensure your device is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi. Then, go to the "Network" section in the XMB (cross-media bar) and select "RSS Channel." From there, you can add a new RSS feed by entering the URL of the desired feed. Once added, you can access and listen to the audio or view the content from the RSS feed directly on your PSP.
I have a PSP, and I haven't found a "Pearls before Swine" RSS Feed. There might be one, but I don't think there is.

You can't, unless you have custom firmware, if you do, then you can use psptube. You can download videos from your psp... either from the PlayStation store or RSS Crackle feed.
