well this question was actually first asked by me but then as i got no answer i got a '-C' in science and i dropped down from '+C'. Then i asked my teacher for the ans and thn she told me that run off is the water that flows into the river, streams and lakes after precipitating... i dont feel like saying this but... wiki ans is not that gud website as if it cant help help us gaining upper grades but surely lowers our grades as we ourself have to answer questions.
