The vision of Jacob Marley's face in the brass door knocker
The first it is foretold will visit on Chritmas Day at one am, the second the next night at the same time and the thrid the next at the last stroke of 12 mid night. This proves to be wrong as all three visit scrooge on the same night
At first she is shocked and worried that their debt with Scrooge might cause then ruin. However, she learns that no one may take the debt on as there was no business left after Scrooge died. It would be the first night she would sleep without being troubled.
Jacob Marley, Ebeneezer Scrooge's old partner was the first visitor on Christmas Eve. He came to tell Scrooge how after his death, he was doomed to haunt the earth while carrying the weight of many chains because he was greedy while on earth. He warns Scrooge that his fate will be even worse unless he changes. Marley also warns Scrooge that he will be visited by three ghosts that night-the Ghosts of Christmases past, present, and future.

Marley told Scrooge that three spirits would visit him: the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. These spirits would help Scrooge see the error of his ways and lead him to redemption.
Scrooge is told to "Expect the first to-morrow, when the bell tolls One.''Expect the second on the next night at the same hour. The third upon the next night when the last stroke of Twelve has ceased to vibrate. However, it will appear that on Christmas Morning Scrooge revels that the ghosts have done all their visits in the one night
Marley tells Scrooge to expect three more spirits to visit him that night.
Marley tells Scrooge that he will be visited by three spirits throughout the night. These spirits are the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. They will each show Scrooge visions to help him reflect on his life and change his ways.
They all appeared in one night. However, their time span lasted across the 12 days of Christmas. This is why Scrooge on awakening on Christmas Morning is supprised that he had undergone so much in one night citing the the "ghosts could do anything".
