sent items those items in we sent the data into small packages. These files sent one to another places.
Sent items are automatically saved in Gmail. They are in the sent Items tab on the left. You can retrieve any mail from there.
When it appears in the " sent items" if its not sent it will be in "outbox"

Your email inbox is a folder in which incoming emails are stored until you get round to reading them. The sent items are emails that you have previously sent to someone else.

When these items are disregarded then they are sent to a storage area at microsoft where they become avaliable to other people who need them. of course one day we will use all clipboard items stored there and there will be nothing to get, but untill this day live long and prosper.

One way would be to CC: yourself on the message. In most email applications, there is a "sent items" folder.
