God promised Abraham that through his seed the world would be blessed:

Genesis 22:18 In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice."

This blessing is the redeemer.

Abraham was the father of the Jewish nation. They - Jews/nation of Israel- were the people God chose to reveal God's ways to the world but Israel failed to follow God entirely so when the time was right God sent His son as the "lamb of God" "the redeemer" to make His salvation available to all who believe.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Christianity is not really rooted in Judaism but Christianity is based on a separate/new covenant. The covenant God made with Abraham and others were based on sacrifices but Christianity is based on the death of Jesus as the final sacrifice to end all sacrifices - the "lamb of God".

Hebrews 9:15 And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

Hebrews 12:24 to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.

No, Christianity was not born out of Judaism. In reality, Christianity is based on the rejection of Judaism. Additionally, Judaism is not something to be fulfilled, it is a way of life given to us Jews as to how we can live righteously.
