Smtph is what your service provider prob told you to imput in the smtp settings for outlook or outlook express,

They ment to say smtp8 this is a standard bell proticol for smtp transfer to outgoing email.

Mis understood by bad accents or crappy phone lines. :)

Switch smtph to smtp8 and your prob solved
