Popular kids in school are usually very unhappy because they have to constantly act a certain way to remain popular. This causes a lot of stress and can even lead to eating disorders. You can be yourself and still be popular by being kind to everyone. When someone needs help, a kind word, or a listening ear, you can be there for them. In this way, you will be popular with everyone, not just a few people in a group. Just remember that school is only part of your life...a small part. Concentrate on growing into the person you want to be....and then make it happen! Have fun and enjoy your youth in a healthy and safe way!

It is an absolutely fantastic book and I know the description I wrote for wasn't all that great but the book itself is pure perfection coming from me a teenage girl.
