After fighting a long war with Japan, the US officials secretly created a mass destruction weapon, the A-bomb. Before the US dropped the first bomb on Japan, the went to the Japanese Commanders, and gave them a chance to surrender.
Japanese Officials did not accept this, and the US went and dropped the bomb on Hiroshima, August 6th at 8:15. Three days later, US Officials went to Japanese Commanders, and gave them a chance to surrender. The Japs still did not accept this, so the US dropped another bomb on Nagasaki, August 9th at 11:02.
5 days later, August 14th, Japanese Officials surrendered to the US, and the WWII had finally ended. The civilians in the Country had been noticed about the surrender a day later, and many of them could not believe this.
In Japan, schools teach the kids to die for the country, because that is a very reputable thing, so when US soldiers came anywhere near them, they would commit suicide by bombing the cave, or the house that they were in.
