Soof is Heidi's moms nickname for Sophia Lin Dimuth, one of her mentally disordered friends at Hilltop home, Elliot calls her that, the real meaning is love. Therman Hill paid Heidi's mom and Diane Dimuth (heidi's grandma) to get out of Hilltop he said ill pay for all your expenses, your bill and everything if you leave, because he can't watch having another mentally disordered person at Hilltop, turns out Heidi's father is Elliot and Elliot and Sophia had a normal kid, HEIDI! Therman Hill says at the end of the book its one of the worst decisions hes ever made, he thought Elliot didnt love Sophia because he didnt have the words to express it, i literally cried hearing that. The words were right there though... soof! In the beginning when mama and heidi went on the bus mama nearly ran away screaming done done done heidi shhhh! because of the death of Diane her mom on Feburary 19th the day mama showed up at bernedettes front porch! Diane got hit by the bus and everyone surrounded her, in mama's hands was Heidi, so she ran and nobody noticed. She ended up at Bernedettes house and that's how it always has been, in the end Sophia died. Heidi discovers they died almost 13 years apart, she also discovers that there was no point of finding the meaning to soof, everything would've stayed the same and it wasnt worth giving up spending time with her mom before she died. HOPE I HELPED!
.... that's what i think this sorta means...
If truth was a crayon and it was up to me to put a wrapper around it and name its color, i know just what i would name it...."dinosaur skin"

1-Heidi trying found anything about Mama; 2-When Mama said "SOOF", she was talking about her name, but anyone don't know that; I don't know the other three, but I think if you read the book, you know ;)
Sarah Weeks
For now So B. It has not been made into a motion picture, but in early May 2011 the author, Sarah Weeks, blogged that it was being looked into. Official details have not been given out yet, but Sarah Weeks has revealed that a scrpit was being written.
Sophia's mother's name in the book "So B. It" by Sarah Weeks is Hillary.
The protagonist in the book "So B. It" is Heidi It and the antagonist is the character known as "The Soof." Heidi It embarks on a journey to uncover her past that leads her to seek answers from her elusive neighbor, The Soof.
So B. It is a really well written story, and Sarah Weeks developes each character. The book also has good lessons to teach.
It was Elliot's (the main characters special needs father) nickname for Sophia (the main character's special needs mother) She finds this out at the very end from her grandfather Elliot's dad. Soof also means "love"
it's soof, and it was a way to say Sophie or was it Sophia -- well either one since they could no say her name properly they could only say soof, that was the closest way to say the name
Yes, So B. It, By Sarah Weeks is a movie. But for right now, it's not rated.
Not yet but it's coming in December
No one actually has it for free, sorry.
I don't think so. I have a book from Sarah Weeks: PIE, and it said Ipswitch, so I firgured it must from Pennsylvania
