"Standard" doesn't necessarily define the question much more, but it does give a slight clue. In military drill there are different competition phases: Exhibition Drill (XD) and Regulation Drill (RD). Standard could be a reference to the RD phase of a competition in which some teams only participate. RD consists of a list of commands that come directly out of a service's drill and ceremonies manual. Nothing fancy here, only standard drill that every service member is taught when entering Basic Training. The limits are time and the area in which to march, usually 50 feet by 50 feet.

Well of course, the Pacesetters are the best drill team ever! That's just my opinion though. Everyone is going to think the their drill team is the best...who wouldn't? I love the Pacesetter!
