The environment is defined as the surroundings of man and other living things. It comprises of four major components namely: Hydrosphere (Water bodies), Atmosphere (air), Lithosphere (earth's crust) and Biosphere (living things).
An ecosystem is a system formed by the interaction of a community of organisms with their environment. so its pretty much a food chain and the environment it is in.
