To prevent teenage obesity first you should start with a diet change if your a lazy bugger and eat macas 24/7 then that has to stop you have to go for the healthy option and maybe treat yourself to something fatty on less of a regular basis like once week or once a fortnight.Once you start that you want to get active sport wise and do some training with a group or by your self at home you need to get active. personally I would play a sport or train at a club at least 3 times a weak and also do core fitness that is push ups and sits up but DO NOT do weights unless you are shore you are not going to grow any time soon.
