Really need to be more specific, as to what state. Dover, Delaware, Dover, New Hampshire or Dover, NY. What product are you looking for. Like in New York there is the Doverstreet market in mid town. In Delaware on Dover there is the Gallery on one side a Best buys down the street, there are so many great shops. Then if it's New Hampshire, there you will find everything from nightlife, clubs, resturants, spa's and a flufelor of beautiful shope along the downtown area where the trees are most beautiful in the autom and just after a snow covering is where you find renovated old building with trees lined up and arching over the quaint shops where you can just about find anything. So to give a more specific answer I would really need more information as to the what your looking for, where your looking becides just a street name the state makes it easier to help you in your search. Hope that this finds you well and helpfull

I had this problem on a 99 Buick park Ave, and it was two bad tires and a bent rim. If you take it to a tire shop they can tell you what is going on. Also have them check tie-rod ends and ball joints as mine needed these also.
