Sometimes it is really hard to describe pictures in words - especially some of those cryptic dashboard warning symbols.
The best reference for deciphering the warning / information symbols is the Owners Manuals.

Your dashboard light doesn't work??Take a flat screwdriver, and stick it in between the black frame, and dashboard, in the middle, and push down, there is 3 small clips in middle and left, click them down, and take the black frame out.Now take a Torx 20 screwdriver, and take the 2 screws out, now the speedometer is loose, you need to pull a little, and take the 2 wires out.Change the bulbs, and do again reverse.
