The Post Quantum God can best be described as the God freed from shackels of the sceinces. It is there in the artilcle THE POST QUANTUM GOD

This is Albert Eintein's unfortunate dismissal of quantum mechanics.
The God prophet for the Ahmadi faith, which is a post-islam religion, is Mirza Ghulam Ahmad.
Yes, Albert Einstein initially had doubts about quantum mechanics and its principles, particularly the idea of indeterminacy and randomness. He famously said "God does not play dice with the universe." However, he did contribute to the development of quantum theory and acknowledged its importance in explaining certain phenomena.

Quantum applied science is a young discipline of physics and technology, which transitions, some of the stranger characteristics of quantum mechanics, especially quantum entanglement and most recently quantum tunneling, into virtual applications such as quantum computing, quantum coding, quantum simulation, quantum metrology, quantum sensing, and quantum imaging.
A single unit of quantum is called a quantum or a quantum of energy.
Albert Einstein. He was critical of quantum theory as locations of particles are hard to precisely calculate; one can calculate probabilities of location however. Einstein did not like the probabilistic methods of quantum physics.
In the universe energy, matter and go as per quantum. Energy is released in quantum of photon. Electron has a quantum mass. Proton has quantum mass. Both has a quantum charge. Neutron has a quantum mass. Speed of light is a quantum. Big bang is a quantum event essentially occurring at particular mass. It takes a quantum energy for shifting of electrons from one shell to other. In photo-luminescence light energy is released in quantum.
I think it can, to collapse the wave duality function of an electron, a conscious observer must make a measurement, or observation. Nobody knows what the world looks like when nobody is looking, but who collapsed the wave function when we weren't here? That leads to another question, does God count as a conscious observer? I do believe in a God, as I am a protestant, but I think this is an interesting topic that should not be ignored. Note: If you ever hear about the "God particle" - it has nothing to do with God, but scientists hope that it will explain why things actually have mass. Hope that helps.
The Wikipedia has an article on "quantum digital signature"; perhaps that's what the book is referring to. Briefly, it is a method used to authenticate a document - to try to verify that an email (for example) was written by who claims to write it.
GOD DOES NOT PLAY DICE, said EInstein.Through this statement only Quantum physics and religion became connected.
