He really wears a red or blue bowtie and matching suspenders with a tweed jacket and black boots with black suit pants but for the Eleventh Hour he wore a torn up verstion of David Tennets(Brow Pin strip suit with light blue shirt and a brow tie) also he wears a stripy shirt to mach the bow tie and suspenders!

The new TARDIS has the same outside design but has gained a St Johns logo on the front. The doors open when he clicks his fingers (just like Riversong said) and it reveals a 2 story TARDIS.
