A recent appelate ruling, Indiana BMV v. McNeil, opines that there is no statute of limitations on "administrative actions" taken in the interest of public safety. Technically, the BMV can adjudge you an HTV 5, 10, 20+ years after your offense and hand you a brand new 5 to Life license suspension to begin within 30 days of notice. Read about BMV v.
