No. The Nintendo 3DS transfer tool only transfers from DSi/DSiXL systems to a 3DS. Not the other way around.

That is not possible. You can transfer DSiWare games from DSi to 3DS, but not the other way around.

If doing the custom transfer, go to step 6. 6. Presuming you just want to transfer Cut the Rope and nothing else, go to "DSiWare" and hit "Cut the Rope". If you also want pictures just go to the option above "DSiWare". There, you can transfer over your pictures and also sound recording (once you're done with transferring Cut the Rope, of course). 7. Wait whilst being amused by the little pikmin transferring over your stuff.

Sorry, but for right now you cant delete it i downloaded it and i cant get it off my Dsi its permanent for now i even called Nintendo customer service twice and they said the same thing there is no way to remove it at the time.
