The Christian faith is the most wide-spread religious subject in Jamaica. The Angelica church and the Baptist church are the most common churches in Jamaica. There are also many synagogues of the Jewish faith. There are also small ancient religions mostly described as the Rastafari Movement, though they are sparce and often described as practices called Obeah, Kumina, or Pocomania. There are indeed other religions but are much less than as numerous as the Christian faith. To put in a more rational order from most numerous to least numerous of religions, they would be: 1. Christian 2. Buddhism 3. Hinduism 4. Islam. 5. other, including the anciently based Rastafari Movement.
