In Govt.Jobs we get more flexibility,stability , and job security but getting of the govt.jobs is very difficult. Salary is assured till the retirment, Even If u retired U can get the half salary as pensio.The working hours is just 9 to 5 .We have more holidays in govt.jobs .....
These all facilities are not in Private jobs..., But we have get more salary but we have to work more hours...,
