According to Track and Field News, the American high school record in the 200 is 20.13 seconds set by Roy Martin of Roosevelt High School in Dallas, Texas in 1985.
The current record for the girls 100 meter dash was set in 1998 by Angela Williams. The record is 11.11 seconds.
