A good time for an 11-year-old girl is anywhere around 15 and 16 seconds and possibly a little faster for a boy. However, speeds of over 13 seconds can be reached for both genders if you are talking about a very good runner. Most achieve over 20 seconds.

One friend of mine ran 12.7 secs, and was in second place. In first place the time that he ran was 12.4 secs(i'm 13 years old).__Improved answer__

In Hong Kong, a 13 year old person ran a country best (based on age) of 11.38.

Well it really depends, I'm a pure black South African and my school record for the 100m which I ran three times was exactly 11.00 seconds and it still stands since 1993.However at the national youth event I ran much slower than that. The world record is probably around 11 to 12 seconds. I'm not saying I was the fastest 13 year old. I know an eleven year Kenyan boy who ran 100m in 11.05 seconds in 1995, so it's hard to tell since there is no official 13 year olds 100m records.
