I went to both Disney parks and Disny World Florida is WAY bigger though Disney Land is the origanal. ITS WALT DISNEY WORLD IN FLORIDA AND DISNEY LAND IN CALIFORNIA I HAVE BEEN TO BOTH TO AND IT ONLY TOOK ME A DAY AND A HALF TO DO EVERYTHIND AT DISNEY LAND AND ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF TO DO EVERYTHING AT WALT DISNEY WORLD Disneyland has two parks - Disneyland (original) and California Adventure -- and a decent size shopping area -- Downtown Disney. I did most of the big stuff in both parks in one day in California back in July -- but I had no children with me. Disney World in Florida has four theme parks, two water parks and a huge shopping area. The Magic Kingdom is larger than Disneyland in California. EPCOT has two areas -- Future World and the World Showcase. The World Showcase has a lagoon in it which could hold the Magic Kingdom. The Studios is the smallest park. Animal Kingdom is bigger than EPCOT. My whole family went in June to Florida -- set up 10 today days with a 7 day Park Ticket and we were shortchanged on time for the Studios, only did 1/2 day at Animal Kingdom, and did everything we wanted to do at least twice at EPCOT and Magic Kingdom. Had a spa day and a shopping day -- and just had a blast.Disney WORLD is in Florida, Disney LAND is in California
