A theocracy is, by definition, a form of government that is ruled by God, or any Gods that the theocrats believe in. In a theocracy, high priests and Pope-like figures make decisions based on the word of God/the Gods. They make decisions based off of what God/the Gods want(s), and based off of any religious writings that exist, i.e The Bible, the Qu'ran, or the Torah.
You have it a little backwards my friend. The Bible is based on Jesus' teachings. Specifically the first four books of the new testament. Jesus refers to the old testament sometimes in his teachings but they were not based on them.
They believed in the bible in which their gods were formed.
According to the book of Exodus (chapter 20, verse 3), in the King James Version Bible, the first of ten commandments told to Moses from God is "Thou shalt have no other gods before me."
The Bible doesn't say "we are gods" anywhere. Psalm 82 verse 6 says: I said, "You are gods, And all of you are children of the Most High. Here the rulers and judges of Israel are addressed by God as gods. Actually they are not divine, but because of their position as God's ministers, they are dignified with the name of gods. Their greatest distinction is that the word of God came to them, that is, they were officially ordained by God as higher powers concerned with government and justice.
The Christians' Bible has many injunctions from their god prohibiting worshipping the other gods, promising to crunch down on the other gods, and proclaiming himself the greatest of all the gods. Based on this, their god believes in other gods. As consequence he could not be an atheist - disbelief in god(s) being a prime requirement.
The meaning of the word wrath is being angry , in the book of Romans chapter 1 verse 18 it shows of gods wrath on mankind in the last days.
