"Grrrraaawwwwwww" is the call of the Gopher Frog (Rana capito, Lithobates capito).

Specifically, the voice of the Gopher Frog is a rattling snore of about 3 seconds. It tends to be heard in late winter or early spring. But breeding may take place as late as autumn. It always occurs after heavy rainfall.

A pig-like grunt is the call of the Pig Frog (Rana grylio, Lithobates grylio).

Specifically, the voice of the Pig Frog is low-pitched and guttural. It tends to be repeated about two or three (2-3) times. But it can be repeated seven (7) times and more during the breeding months of higher temperatures. When males become aggressive with each other, the call becomes a spitting "phooot!" The call may be heard throughout the year, but especially between March and September.

A chirp and a rattling trill are the calls of the Cliff Chirping Frog (Eleutherodactylus marnockii).

Specifically, the chirping voice of the Cliff Chirping Frog is repeated about every 3-5 seconds. Then there will be an alternating series of five chirps and five trills. The call may be heard during the day and at night, in April and May and then again in September and October.
