Hi, St. Xavier's is one of the best colleges in the city for the B M S and the approximate cut offs as of last year are as follows: [As per Government regulation, 50% of the seats are reserved for Commerce students, 25% for the sciences and another 25% for Arts (Humanities) students.] [50% of the seats are reserved for the Minority Category (Christians), 25% for scheduled castes/tribes/etc., 3% for special category, and the remaining 22% for the general category.] COMMERCE CHRISTIAN: 83 GENERAL: 89.3 SCIENCE CHRISTIAN: 85 GENERAL: 91 ARTSCHRISTIAN: 78 GENERAL: 85.3 The above cut-offs will usually vary by a few percentage points this year. However, I suggest if you have got 80+ (General Category) APPLY and if you're Christian 75+ APPLY.
