AnswerTHE DOS command is netstat -a.
There is nothing called DOS applet..
If you are talking of DOS OS, no it is not possible as DOS is a single user, single tasking OS but if you are talking of Windows then yes you can open multiple DOS windows and do different work.. But please remember that this is the properties of Windows, not DOS..
open command prompt and run 'ver'
command prompt is like dos , the commands are almost the same to use command prompt search in start menu
That is not an upgrade. The first version of Windows "upgraded" from MS-DOS text command interface to a graphical user interface. If you want to run DOS commands under Windows, open a command line window.
Nope, command prompt isn't that kind of a tool, it's a dos. use windows media player or something
Use "exit" command..
You cannot "go to DOS" in Windows XP. The closest analog is the command prompt, which can be opened by clicking Start > Run, and entering "command."
Windows has a graphical interface while DOS is a command line interface.
DOS is a older Windows OS (behind Windows 95). Command Prompt is in all Windows OS (Windows 95 to Windows 7) DOS only supports FAT file systems DOS can't CD to files with spaces in the address line DOS only supports OLD PC systems (anything that can run Windows 95 is to "new") That is all that I know, as I code in C++
in windows 98 its start, run, command. or you can boot into ms-dos by going to start, shutdown, restart into ms-dos.
