The server address is rather an IP address or a domain name used to connect to a public server. Most servers end in the port *:25565
By default, your minecraft port number is 25565, unless you've changed it this is your port number.
This is the address of the server. The address is either an IP address (e.g. 127.0.0.1) or a hostname (e.g. mc.example.com), possibly followed by a port number (e.g. :25565).

Port forward it.
search the google for only port address scaning
Usually Yes, the other people just need to know _your_ IP address that you connect to the internet with. The only issue you may have is if you need to enable port 25565 that Minecraft uses.
If using Hamachi, there will be one in the top bar. If port forwarded, go to whatismyip.com. You can also connect to your server with localhost, but this only works for you.
You simply change the port number in the minecraft server properties
Port forward it.
You have to Port-Forward it
Game "ports" usually refer to how games are made for different gaming systems, Computers, X-Box, PS3, etc. So a Minecraft game that's made for the PC us a PC port. IF your asking about the "port forwarding" port that you have to add for multiplayer then it is port-25565.
