Do you mean the rpm's on the tach? The bike should not run down the road at idle. At idle, in gear it should jump forward and die. If not, the idle is too high.

I have been looking also and have not been able to find anything on the net. The bikes most recently used the 88 motor up until 2006 and that put out 74 hp. I have not seen anything documented on 07 or 08 as of yet. If I can't find anything I'll call my Harley guy tomorrow. I know he'll know.
