Conclusion From here it an be deduced that the Islamic faith does not condone nor promote suicide, but rather condemns it. Suicide is a terrorist act committed by members of terrorist groups or people who have links to such groups. Some people resort to this act when overcome by depression. Even though it may be committed in the name of Islam by the perpetrator, it is forbidden in the Islamic faith.
